1. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern the provision of services offered by SpainDocs (www.spaindocs.com) in the field of administrative assistance, document coordination and support in procedures before public authorities in Spain.
Requesting an analysis, quote or service implies express acceptance of these Terms.
2. Nature of the service
SpainDocs provides administrative and documentary services based on the individual analysis of the client’s situation and the technical preparation of administrative actions.
The service may include:
— document analysis
— case structuring
— personalized written guidance
— document coordination
— administrative support
The purpose of the service is to ensure proper technical preparation within the applicable regulatory framework.
Under no circumstances does the service constitute legally binding legal advice nor guarantee the outcome of any administrative decision.
The service is provided based on the specific circumstances of each case.
3. Scope and limitations
The services do not include:
— legal representation before courts
— issuance of legally binding legal opinions
— substitution of regulated professionals where legally required
Final decisions are made exclusively by the competent public authorities.
4. Service execution and delivery
The service consists of an individual analysis of the client’s situation and the preparation of a personalized response.
Delivery will be made within an estimated period of 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation and receipt of the necessary information, unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Service execution begins once payment is confirmed and the required information has been provided by the client.
In case of an extension of the delivery timeframe, SpainDocs may inform the client through the contact details provided.
5. Information provided by the client
The service is based exclusively on the information and documentation provided by the client.
The client declares that the information provided is complete, accurate and up to date.
Any omission, manipulation or inaccuracy of relevant information may affect the outcome of the analysis and the development of the procedure.
SpainDocs shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete or missing information provided by the client.
The client may request the service without providing certain personal identification data. However, the client acknowledges that the accuracy of the analysis depends on the information provided.
6. Lack of information from the client
The provision of the service requires active cooperation from the client.
If the client fails to provide the requested information within a reasonable period, the service may be suspended without the right to a refund.
If the lack of information persists, SpainDocs may consider the service terminated due to the client, without any obligation to refund, as the necessary resources have already been allocated.
If the required information is not received within 7 days from payment confirmation, the service may be considered cancelled without refund.
7. Scope of the contracted service
The service is limited to what is described in the information provided to the client or in the service description.
The client acknowledges that the service consists of an analysis and guidance based on the information provided.
It does not include unlimited revisions or additional services not initially contemplated.
Any extension, additional clarification or new evaluation may require a new request and a separate fee.
8. Payment conditions
The price of the service is established in advance or after an initial assessment.
Payment is made through the available methods.
The service will only begin once payment has been confirmed.
9. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The client may exercise the right of withdrawal before the service begins.
However, as this is a personalized service, the client expressly agrees that execution begins upon payment and the start of the analysis.
Once the service has begun, the client loses the right of withdrawal.
No refunds will be issued once the service has started.
The client acknowledges and confirms that they fully understand the personalized nature of the service and its conditions prior to contracting the service.
10. Exceptional refunds
In the event that a refund is exceptionally granted:
— transaction costs, including bank fees, transfer costs or international payment charges, shall be borne by the client
— the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly
11. Client cooperation
The client agrees to actively cooperate, provide documentation and respond to requests.
Lack of cooperation may affect the development of the service and delivery timelines.
12. Limitation of liability
SpainDocs’ liability is limited to the proper execution of the service in accordance with reasonable professional standards.
No liability is assumed for:
— decisions of public authorities
— legislative or regulatory changes
— administrative delays
— actions of third parties
— consequences derived from decisions made by the client
In any case, financial liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
13. Data protection
Client data shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
14. Force majeure
SpainDocs shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including regulatory changes, administrative incidents or exceptional situations.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
The parties submit to the courts of Valencia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Language
These Terms are drafted in Spanish.
In case of translation, the Spanish version shall prevail.
